Sales Account Executive - IFS Danmark A/S

To continue the positive development of the Danish market and support the growth of the Nordic organization as a whole, we are looking for a new Sales Account Executive with reference to the Nordic Sales Director.

The Sales Account Executive plays a vital role as part of the Nordic sales organization and will primarily be responsible for the sales to mid- and large level organizations in Denmark and support activities at the global account level.

You will establish and build relations to defined accounts in the market segment on both a strategic and operative level. You will find, develop and create opportunities and build own pipeline, win new deals, create opportunities for long-term profitable business to IFS, and be responsible for the long-term relationship that brings value to the customer.

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for building the customer teams, account plans and close plans.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Responsible for creating new sales prospects within the defined targets/market
  • Lead and coordinate sales teams/sales project resources in sales opportunities
  • Together with Marketing run sales- and market activities in order to position IFS and generate leads
  • Continuously working with prospecting in order to maintain sales pipe – own activities or joint with for instance Marketing
  • Maintenance of Revenue Budget and overall responsibility for results of the sales to new customers within target market and also development of existing customers
  • Delegate and divide work tasks, responsibility and authority in order to maximize efficiency and development needs.
  • Involve partners if this contribute to the sales process and increase win probability.
  • Continuously work with Influencers and Partners in order to position IFS and ensure that we are invited to evaluation processes

Professional background and experience

  • Min 5 years of working experience, preferably including coaching of sales teams
  • Experienced from selling to international companies and to top management (C-) level – even at large size enterprises
  • Several years in selling complex solutions, ERP- or administrative solutions preferably from IT-related companies
  • Understanding of business processes within IFS focus areas (Project, Service/Asset, Manufacturing and Supply Chain).
  • Fluency in oral/written Danish & English – min high school level

As a person you need to be self driven, outgoing and positive. You have a high level of energy, hunger for business success and high integrity. The person must be a trustworthy, relationship builder and possess a natural interest for bringing a team together to meet customer needs.
