The role

STEEN & STRØM will recruit a Scandinavian Digital Marketing Manager for a new position, preferably situated in Copenhagen. The Digital Marketing Manager will be part of the Scandinavian marketing team and will report directly to Marketing Director Scandinavia.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your focus will be on creating a thorough digital strategy with a clear vision on how to focus and prioritize on different media and in all make it easier for the shopping centers to reach their targets and goals.

It is vital for the Digital Marketing Manager to be able to handle demands and expectations from different stakeholders in the organization and also to make sure that work is in line with the recommendations and strategies that comes from Klépierre.

The overall responsibility will be to:

• Develop and implement the digital and social media strategy for B2C across Scandinavia
• Responsible for working with and evaluate both content and media agencies across Scandinavia
• Drive digital and social media projects, tools and concepts in close relation to Group Marketing in Klépierre
• Responsible for driving and evaluating loyalty programs
• Responsible for retailer contribution and co-marketing activities on SoMe and web in close cooperation with Campaigns and Activations manager to ensure consistency on events
• Follow up and report on results
• Act as strong digital profession support for Scandinavian and local Marketing teams, ensure that appropriate level of knowledge/training is conducted

What we require from you

It is important that you possess great business and of course digital understanding and you understand how to incorporate this knowledge in all your tasks. You have a proactive and pragmatic approach and get on well with everyone at all levels of the business, as you are dependent on broad cooperation with many different stakeholders to succeed in this role.

You have demonstrated ability to put digital branding and marketing strategies into action and also a demonstrated history within content management.

• At least 5 years’ experience from Digital Marketing and Digital User Experience
• International experience
• Preferably knowledge and understanding from the retail industry
• Social Media community management & social media buying
• Good analytical capacity and strategic thinker
• Independent and driven though a good team player

Educational Background

• Bachelor or University degree leading business school
• Digital education or training courses

You know how to get people on board your initiatives and ideas. You have a proven history of showing initiative and creativity, combined with an ability to create results and you know the importance of having an analytical and structured approach to your daily tasks.
